Legal
Terms of use
These terms govern your use of workspace-nodehub.digital and any programme, reading list, or correspondence offered by Workspace Nodehub from 1 Lamphey Road; Thirsk; YO7 2RU; United Kingdom. By continuing to browse, submit a form, or accept a seat, you agree to them. If you are contracting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Acceptance and changes
We may revise these terms when a programme format changes or when United Kingdom law requires it. The date at the foot of this page is the version you are reading. Material changes will be noted in a brief line on the home page for at least fourteen days. Continued use after that window is acceptance of the new text.
What we offer
Workspace Nodehub provides educational material about app analytics. Published prices are informational. This site does not take payment. A seat exists only when we confirm it in writing (email is enough). We may refuse a seat where the work would require us to handle data we are not willing to see.
Your responsibilities
You will not upload personal data of end users into homework without a lawful basis and, where needed, a contract that allows it. You will not treat our seminars as legal, financial, or medical advice. You will not record sessions without the tutor’s written yes, nor scrape this site for training corpora.
Intellectual property
Course decks, annotated tracking plans, journal essays, and the Signal Atlas are owned by Workspace Nodehub or its licensors. A Workshop Seat grants you a personal licence to use the materials for your own product work. It does not grant a licence to teach our syllabus, resell recordings, or publish our examples as if they were yours. Your homework remains yours; we may quote anonymised fragments to improve teaching unless you object at enrolment.
Liability
App analytics judgements can be wrong even when carefully taught. We are not liable for commercial decisions you take after a seminar, including shipping, pausing, or killing a feature. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that English law does not allow to be limited. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising from a confirmed seat is capped at the fee paid for that seat.
Availability
The website is offered as a static publication. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Cohort dates may move if a tutor is ill; we will offer a later room or a refund under the refund policy.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court to protect intellectual property.
