A seat is not a vendor certification. We will not sit an Amplitude or Mixpanel exam on your behalf. Tool interfaces change; the habit of naming events does not.
Group discounts exist when one organisation sends three people to the same cohort. We do not publish a matrix for that — write to us with headcount and we will answer in sterling, inclusive of VAT where it applies.
Refunds are described on the refund page. If procurement needs a paper trail before a human conversation, say so in the form; we have done this with United Kingdom public bodies before.
